These countries are in a highly dynamic development stage as they either have been or currently are harmonizing their financial services regulation and experiencing Euro convergence and represent interesting sales potential for international software vendors.

S2M International Implementation
Software2Markets, founded in 2009, has offices in Paris and Luxembourg, which enables us to promote efficiently our clients products within the entire EMEA region. Our Paris office allows us to take advantage of the proximity of many business software vendors with headquarters based in the French capital.
Paris is a strategic corner in the center of Western Europe and a gateway to Southern European countries as it offers an easy and quick access to neighboring countries. Major IT companies such as Microsoft have also decided to setup their EMEA headquarters in Paris.
France itself is an interesting market with very good sales potential: 6 of the largest banks of the Euro Zone, many large insurance companies and over 30 large Multinational Corporations are headquartered in France. France is also the 2nd largest European market in terms of Asset Management.
We are also preparing to open two new offices in the near future; the first one in Moscow (Russia) by mid-2012 and the second one in Istanbul (Turkey) in 2013. In both Turkey and Russia, the financial sector has faced rapid changes in the last few years and has today become a strategic sector in the economies of these countries, confirming the good sales potential for software vendors.
With our new Moscow office we will benefit from our sales representatives strong expertise in the CIS Region developed over many years. We are therefore able to leverage our extensive local partners network and, based on S2Ms direct market approach, offer our clients the most efficient sales organization to target the fast-growing CIS region.
By setting up these two new offices, we want to make the most of the business potential of these markets and ensure a strong local presence, which is always a key success factor in such countries, where business habits and standards are very different to those than Western Europe. We are also convinced that the provision of local support in local languages is a strategic element when addressing these markets, which is what we aim to provide to our clients, thanks to both our local offices and our network of local IT partners.
As proof of S2Ms strong focus on the markets specific requirements, we already have employees speaking 8 languages within the Paris team (French, English, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Arabic).
