OPENED POSITIONS
Job Software Sales Representative / Financial Sector
- 1) You will sell our client’s Software solutions directly to Banks, Insurance companies and other financial institutions in several countries from the EMEA region (CEE & CIS countries, Maghreb, Turkey, etc.).
- 2) You will be responsible for growing our clients’ business and increasing its market share. You will perform direct as well as indirect Sales, including sales of Software product licenses, IT implementation services, Maintenance & Support.
- 3) You will generate Sales leads of prospective customers from multiple sources, including a strong personal network, information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet websites and other sources.
- 4) You will support execution of pricing strategy established in conjunction with the Sales Director.
- 5) You will be in charge of the proactive account management of existing clients with a focus on retention, increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- 6) You will stay informed of events or changes that have potential to change the market scene or generate additional business.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in a Sales position within a software vendor or an IT Services company, ideally selling to large corporates or financial institutions (Banking, Insurance or other financial solutions)
- Proven track record of account management, sales or high achievements within a target driven environment
- Proven experience in selling Business Software, ideally within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of competitive positioning: knowledge of products, services or similar offering by niche players and large business software vendors
- Thorough understanding of Bank’s Finance, Assets Management & Insurance, Risk Management and Compliance requirements is desirable
- Strong command of English (written, spoken, read)
- Educational backgrounds in Engineering and / or Economics
Personal Qualifications
- Proficient communication in both English (written & oral) and one or more of local language(s) Russian, Turkish, Polish, Arabic, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and / or Swedish. A good command of French would also be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to efficiently close high level sales deals
- Responsible, methodical and result oriented
- Team player attitude
- Strong customer focused work ethic and good customer services skills
- Confidence in using computer packages
- Flexibility to travel as necessary in pursuit of objectives
Period and location
S2M has 2 entities in Western Europe (Luxembourg and Paris) and its Parisian office is located within the Business District at 54 rue du Faubourg Montmartre, nearby Le Peletier and Grands Boulevards Metro stations.
